Saturday my family was out enjoying the weather. I decided to tackle the millions of weeds that have sprung up thanks to all the rain. While I was pulling weeds I unearthed a worm. I called Lucas and Alex over to see it. Alex went to touch it and I must admit I recoiled a bit and said don't touch it! The funny thing is, I remember in 6th grade doing experiments with worms and touching them, holding them... even cutting one if half to watch it regenerate... but the thought of touching the worm suddenly grossed me out. Eric came along and said he thought they should hold it. So they did.... and well I just took pictures.
Proof that I wasn't always such a wimp!
