He thinks he's a super hero.
Maybe because he can make objects levitate
Maybe because he has better eyes than the rest of us
(or so he always tells us)
Maybe because he can fly
He is my little hero because he loves so completely, he laughs so easily and just as his name Lucas means, he really is a "bringer of light".

ReplyDeletelove it. it is on our list of boy names. we find out tuesday!!! love the meaning of the name. i'm always interested in hearing why people chose the names they've received or given.

ReplyDeleteHi Emmy - I thought I'd nip back here to reply to your questions :D
ReplyDeleteI use mostly Picnik for my editing actually - all the little red-head edits were done on pure picnik (premium) - I find it quick and easy for basic editing of already good shots. BUT I use Gimp if a picture needs layer work - and often take it back into Picnik to finish off, as I did this week. I really find the combination of the two works well, and until I can afford a 'proper' software package they will have to suffice - need to get the DSLR first!! (I'm shooting on a bridge camera atm - a Canon S3 IS)
Love the flying photo. I wanted pictures of all seven of the kids on the trampoline in mid air, but my camera stinks and I can't seem to catch them at the moment I want them. I'm going to ask for a really good camera for christmas this year. Maybe if I'm a really good girl, Santa will bring it to me.
ReplyDeleteGreat picyures and post!
ReplyDeleteWonderful post...Love the last picture, though all are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteLove it!!! Great shots!
