Did you know that clothes don't put themselves away? Neither do groceries Did you know that letting kids watch a show can sometimes be the best for everyone?
Did you know that a making a good dinner can help all of the other messes be overlooked?Oh and most importantly, (and totally random)
Did you know that tall boots are in style this fall?
This sure made me laugh...reminded me of an old saying that was posted at a place where I once worked. "Clean up after yourself...your mother doesn't work here!" I agree... and fixing dinner always makes things better...but then I'm married to your husband's father and MAN ALIVE! those guys like to eat! Hee Hee Hee
ReplyDeleteand did you know that when you post a tasty meal like that, you are REQUIRED to share your recipe??? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love the boots! Isn't it great how no matter what, those messes will ALWAYS be waiting? Cute post.
ReplyDeleteThat chicken looks awesome and so do those boots! What a cute girl!
ReplyDeletewant to come cook for my herd tonight??????
ReplyDeleteThat meal looks delicious!!! I'm impressed that she can even walk in those boots!
ReplyDeleteThe messes are very patient. They wait and wait for us so that we can capture and appreciate those boot wearin' moments!
ReplyDeleteThat last pic is SO cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI actually did know all of those things except for the boots. Which, I must say, is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteEmmy...so where is the recipe? Not that I'll cook it, but I won't if I don't have it!!!!!...my recipe for dinner is all too often, drive to ______________ (fill in the blank), sit down and order....o bother.
ReplyDeleteA girl is never too young to have a great pair of boots.
ReplyDeleteI want the recipe too. please share.
I wish my cooking would redeem me for the mess :) Darling post. I love her in those boots. TOO CUTE!
ReplyDeleteMy sister taught me a trick when she first got married. I was about 12 or so and have never forgotten it. When the house is a mess and you are tired, and your husband is about to walk in the door, throw some onions and garlic in a pan. It will smell like you are making something gourmet or at least making something and he will be happier and more patient.
ReplyDeleteIt works! Your chicken rolls look delicious, and your daughter is so stinking cute in those boots, I can't get over it!
Yes, TV can totally be a life saver!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love those boots.
And we totally have those same plates. :)
YES to all of the above!
ReplyDeleteWhat? My family firmly believes that groceries and laundry put themselves away! Ha!
ReplyDeleteThat dinner looked scruptious!
And that's a cutie in her "tall" boots. :-)
