Yep today is my one year mark!
I started this blog one year ago about a week before we moved from Arizona to California. A very busy and so probably crazy time to start it a blog, but it was what I did. It has been quite the ride but I truly have enjoyed it.
I have loved finding other great blogs out there, making friends, and I have loved having people enjoy my blog.
Starting oldest to most recent; here a few gems from the past
The Ode to the Nap
The Secret to Happiness
Doctors, Repairmen and the Cable Guy
I liked them all so my Rules of Motherhood
Bed Time Routine
Backwards, Sideways, and Inside Out
P.S. Yesterday my choir director (the one who wrote the music for the play I auditioned for) asked if I would play in the ensemble/orchestra for the show. (I play flute).. he said he had wanted to ask me but then I tried out for the show so he figured he would see how that went. So while I won't be up on stage I will still be part of the show. Guess I better start practicing, it has been a long time since I have played an entire show... it will be a work out for my lips!
Hip Hip Hooray!!! Yea for your year! yea for your flute part! Great news on both accounts. I am excited to read through your favorites.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary and good news about the play! That sounds like a lot of fun.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on reaching your one year Blogaversery!
ReplyDeleteI'm just quickly going through as many blogs that I have on my blog-roll as we are having a lot of extreme weather here, and a lot of power-cuts. So, hopefully these won't last for much longer and things will get back to normal! Don't worry, I've not forgotten about you all!
Happy Blogaversary! I'm so glad you're here. I'm also glad you are going to be a part of the show, and that you get to use your other musical talents. You will be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteGreat on one year!
ReplyDeleteAnd playing the flute in the show - looks like it turned into good fortune, I'm happy for you.
