Okay--take a deep breath

Okay, the holidays are over, the company is gone, the decorations are even put away.... life might just be getting back to normal. Lucas has one more week off of preschool then we really will be back into the swing of things.

I still haven't changed my background, partly due to not really wanting the holidays to be over, and also because my favorite site for templates, Template Free Mama--is currently on hiatus. But that is on my list for first thing to get done.

It was a great year... and before I let go of it, I wanted to leave you with some favorite pictures from last year. It was really really hard to pick one from each month, I had this whole other category of nature type pictures that I liked... but I finally just said, enough is enough and picked. And the fact that Eric kept asking when I was going to get that extra folder off the desktop helped.

    Emily...wow...I sure loved that you did a post like this. I don't know how you chose just one per month. I think I like May and October...the one with your sister is beautiful. Are your parents gone back home now?

    i LOVED seeing the seasons change. the popsicle one made me feel so warm and actually desire summer heat for half a second. don't worry, i'm back to loving the cold by now, lol. love your photos. the milk one was another one of my fav's you've done. almost taught brennan to blow bubbles the other day. stopped myself and decided he would figure it out in due time. cross that bridge when it comes. haha
