And sometimes.. well sometimes you just have to trust those parents... even if they are feeding you rice cereal for the first time and you have no idea what is going on. I can't believe that I will be doing this again soon! Time does go so fast.
Inspired by writing prompt from Mama Kat
Wow - rice cereal again!!! It's going to be here for you before you know it! That seems like a million years ago for me. I like your take on trust.
ReplyDeleteLOL I love the big poped out eyes. Super cute. I remember feeding my son real food for the first time. He gobbled it up like he hadn't been fed in days. LOL
ReplyDeleteOh the good days of non-picky eaters who trust their parents! Love the picture :)

ReplyDeleteThat picture is fabulous, I think we all remember that moment when they first had something other than milk.
ReplyDeleteI thought I was already following you, went to find you in my dashboard, and not... problem is now solved.
I just wanted to say, finally, that I'm pregnant too. I'm excited to be right behind you in due dates, this will be fun!
I've seen some of those jars of baby food ... I can't believe I ever ate that kind of stuff! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteRice cereal, spit up, drool, diaper blow outs....oh wait I am supposed to make this sound good. *ahem* First smiles, tiny toes to nibble, tiny fingers to wrap around yours, coos, giggles, simple pleasures, cuddles. The pay off is sweet.
ReplyDeleteThat picture is stinkin' cute!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny they seem to keep on trusting you even later in life at least that's how it has been for me.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute thought and a picture that fits it perfectly!!!!
