Ryder smiles and coos all of the time now. It is wonderful when they begin interacting like that. But how do babies show their love before they start interacting?
How do little newborns show love?
Is it by those little smiles that some claim are gas, but when you receive one, you know better?
Is it by their little hands reaching up towards your face or resting gently on your chest?
Is it by their feet kicking excitedly when you walk by?
"Mom, he got me! Ryder just spit up on me. Why did he do that?"
"It's because he loves you. I mean just look at all the spit up on me."
Yep, that is how babies show their love.
LOL! Then I was loved ALOT by my kids :)
ReplyDeleteLOL!! That must be true!
ReplyDeleteLOL..Lots and Lots of love! "You know that you are a veteran mom when a baby spits up or pees on you and all you do is take a wipe to it and move on with your day" Love IT!
ReplyDeleteSpit up and diaper blow outs!!! Ryder is a very loving little man. ;)
ReplyDeleteWhatdaya know! My kids DO love me!!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids were SUCH loving babies. Pooped, peed and puked all over me. :) And now I miss the little hands touching my face. :( Aw.
ReplyDeleteMan then I was swimming in love!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Ryder loves you so much! My Kaitlyn must not love me very much, because she hardly every spits up. But she does lovingly have blowouts that require me to do the laundry right then!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet.
ReplyDeleteYes! Ryder loves you for sure! :)
ReplyDeleteAw, sweet baby love. LOL
ReplyDeleteHahaha I am going to have to remember this when I have my own child. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is why babies spit up so much! It all makes sense now.
