Now this was more difficult for me as well- let's just say I wanted to share 70 million pictures, but I did good and narrowed it down and even tried to have a theme to it.
So in birth order here they are.
Lucas
-After 18 hours of labor, throwing up several times during labor, 4 hours (yes I said hours) of pushing- and then an emergency c-section
Well this is how I looked when I held him for the first time The standard hospital picture-- these blankets seem to be everywhere in the country A proud new daddy
Now number 2
- A planned, scheduled c-section, no labor= much happier
Here was our first picture with our new girl- yes this was in the operating room- be very glad I didn't show you the picture Eric took that came shortly before this. (and since I know somone would ask-that was a thermometer on my head)
Her future chubbiness already showing (see same blanket-she was born in a different state)
I took this picture while lying in the hospital bed- a forever favorite
Number 3
Scheduled c-section for July 1st-- and opps- he had his own plans, came at 32 weeks while we were on vacation.
First time seeing my little guy- only 4 lbs 9 oz
His hospital bed- though his hospital bed was much different and he was in it for 19 days
First time his siblings met him
And to give you an idea of his sizeYou can see a lot more pictures of Ryder here
And now- well all of those babies have gotten too bigHead on over to Shell's to see other great Rockin' the Baby Pictures.
So sweet! I love the trip down memory lane!
ReplyDeleteAwe that was fun!!
ReplyDeleteThey grow so quickly--it's good to have memories of them.
ReplyDeleteThe picture of you with your hand in the incubator is stunning.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful babies.
I agree with Leighann, the pic of you touching him through the little opening is amazing.
ReplyDeleteYour kids are really, truly beautiful. Good job, mama!

We were kind of scaring Nicole last with baby delivery stories. Haha. Poor thing. Amazing how fast they grow!
ReplyDeletePS Love that thermometer. :D
All so cute! Wow- you went through quite an ordeal with your first!
ReplyDeleteWell, with your last, too, but in a different way.
Love that one that is your forever favorite!
So so cute - all of them! In each baby photo of them, I can see pieces of who they are now! Love them all!
ReplyDeleteSuch sweet baby pictures!
ReplyDeleteI love the hand compared to the head photo with your third. So tiny! Amazing how fast that changes though.
Great pictures. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful...every single one!
ReplyDeleteoh those hospital pics- they get me every single time! And I love that you added a today picture, too!
ReplyDeleteYou are so beautiful! Even after four hours of pushing. Wow. What delicious children you have. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful family! Love their smiles.
ReplyDeleteTime sure flies when you look at it like this! Love how darling all you babes are!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics! My first picture of myself with my oldest is so bad. I had 18 hours of hard labor. UGH!

ReplyDeleteEveryday Life
You look stunning after giving birth, every time. I've told you that before, right? Because you do!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...the last one of Ryder, he's so tiny. All of your kids are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I threw up a lot in labor too...ugh.
Beautiful family. I can't believe how tiny the Ryder was. But so perfect. And yeah, I would've asked what was on your head too!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing how quickly they change, but you can still tell which kid is which as a newborn? You have beautiful kids and I know you'd say the labor and surgeries were worth it! :)
ReplyDeleteYour children are absolutely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your second delivery went much better than the first one. Your third baby was so tiny.
ReplyDeleteYou guys make adorable babies!
ReplyDeleteThat was so much fun! All of your babies were so darling! It's hard to believe that it's been that long ago now when Ryder was born. What the heck?!
ReplyDeleteThey are just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat head holding shot of Ryder gives such perspective. Even though I knew the size- seeing it makes it that much more clear!!
ReplyDeleteThis was a great post to read :)
What a fun walk with you down memory lane!! All the pics are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI totally wish the hospital staff had wheeled my babies from the NICU in to see me. I had to go an entire 24 hours before seeing each of them because I couldn't leave my room and they wouldn't bring the babies in their incubators to me.
So sweet!!! I love all of your photos.. but your 'forever favorite' is really special!
ReplyDeleteIt's true that you have the cutest little kiddos ever. And I'm pretty sure my babes had the same blankets here in Orange County. I've never thought about the fact that they do seem the same everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI like this idea for a post. I may tag along : )
Aww. Ryder has come a long way! Those were all such special pictures. I was holding back tears!
ReplyDeleteAND...
they made you push for 4 HOURS?
My goodness, your babies are so incredibly beautiful!
