So there we go- 32 things about me for my birthday. Eric and I went out to a movie last night to celebrate. Today- well I am spending the morning at the dentist getting the tooth I broke eating corn nuts! Stupid corn nuts, should have stuck with cheese.
What is your Proud Mommy Moment this week?
Happy birthday!!! We really have a lot in common!
ReplyDeleteI love accelerating off the "line" at a green light too! Once, when Jdaddy and I were just married, we were on a 6 lane road. While we were stopped at a stoplight, 2 other cars pulled up. We were all driving small, less than powerful 4 cylinder vehicles. I told Jdaddy I was going to "win" and I floored it. We still laugh about that today. I'll have you know though, my little Saturn definitely beat the Honda and Toyota. ;-)
Happy birthday, broken tooth and all! This was fun to read--it's fun finding out random fun facts about others. I didn't know you grew up in the Midwest, that's awesome!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a fantastic day! I've really enjoyed your blog since discovering it a few months ago. You do a great job with it!
Happy birthday!! I talk to myself all the time when I'm shopping, thankfully I can usually pretend I am talking to one of the kids. I totally blame having kids on that. I talk to myself when I'm working too. :) They say you are supposed to talk to your babies even before they can talk so I am always just jabbering away for no reason!

ReplyDeleteOk, being a police officer, you know I can't help but comment on the one about accelerating at green lights. One word of caution...people run lights all the time. You should instead proceed with caution in case someone blows the light in the cross street. Otherwise you could be T-boned pretty badly. Just looking out for you and your kid's safety :-)
Happy birthday!!!! I enjoyed learning more about you. Pajama runner? Wow you've traveled a lot and was hubby your private tutor? Lol my grades may have sunkkkkkk
ReplyDeleteyikes, open heart surgery at 5! I'm so glad you made it through. Hopefully no more problems with your ticker? My 30th is next year and I have no problem with it either. Though I do wish some older people would take me seriously. Being short and looking young can have its draw backs!
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a wonderful birthday!!
Happy, happy birthday Emmy!!!! Sorry about the broken tooth! :o( I once broke mine the day before Thanksgiving. How's that for bad timing? :o)
ReplyDeleteSo how'd you get the name "pajama runner"?
Happy belated birthday! How is it that we are all running in to this broken tooth thing now? Cheers!
ReplyDeleteHappy belated!! And I kinda love that one of your 32 things is that you've eaten cow tongue. Who'd have ever thought that : ) Random and funny. My favorite!
ReplyDeleteVery fun! I loved reading it. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love Sushi too. But I don't eat it often enough.
