What did I do with those 7 extra people at my house?
We buried each other in sand
Lots of iPads were played
Some ducks were fed
Games were played- which yes did end with at least one kid in tears (not mine actually)
Trains were rode on
Exhausted kids were photo-bombed
Thanksgiving dinner was consumed; my brother and his family left before Thanksgiving, but we celebrated with my older sister and her family and my parents (and we totally took the easy way out this year)
Someone celebrated a birthday- on Thanksgiving day
Birthday celebration continued the following day
And Christmas decorations were put up
And totally out of order- but my favorite picture from the week
Oh and the giveaway for the Emerald Ring has ended.... the winner is Lourie!!
It looks like you had an amazing weekend! Those pictures are so great. There is nothing better than spending time with family.
ReplyDeleteIt really was fun, a few fights and squabbles but with that many kids it is bound to happen, but it was fun. So happy to see you are back to blogging!! I have missed your posts.
DeleteWell I can see why you forgot to do your own meme! You guys were busy! The kids must have had a blast with their cousins!
ReplyDeleteI have to ask...why were some of your family members wearing matching Hershey's t-shirts? :o)
They did have so much fun. Some fights at times but overall a great trip. They like to coordinate when they go on vacation (or maybe it is all the time I honestly am not sure). I think anytime they are all going somewhere as a family they like to coordinate.
DeleteThanks for the great pics...I LOVE Alex's nail polish. Such a darling girl! Everything about her makes me happy.
ReplyDeleteYes she and Kensington had fun getting their nails painted together
DeleteGreat pics! I always love how you capture the spirit of people in your pictures!
