Ten Things to Smile About This Month

It's the last Tuesday of the month so it's time to look back and find 10 Things that made you smile this month. (#10Things)  I started this meme after a really hard month when I needed to look back and find something good.

Ten Things to Smile About: May

1. Date night at Six Flags with Eric, so fun and we got to ride a ton of rides.

2. Firefighters and the amazing work they do- the fire that was way too close to my house did not burn any homes, they did an amazing job getting it out.

3. Mother's day and the three beautiful kids that made me a mom

4. My baby turned 4!

5.  Elevate conference!!

6. Shopping with my girl, even if she is so different from me and I wonder where she comes from sometimes.

7. A great school year and good friends for my kids

8. School's out!

9. A surprise school's out trip to Legoland.

    Legoland was an awesome surprise!! We have one near us here, but we've never been!

      I didn’t know there was one there, it was a lot of fun but definitely is for more of the younger crowd or for people who don’t like big roller coasters.

    I just realized it was the end of the month! I'll link up later this week. Love your photos and I'm jealous of your date night at an amusement park! (Our closest amusement park is 2 hours away. Not conducive to a date night.)

    I'm so jealous that school is out for you! My kids would love a trip to Legoland! We still have 13 more days for the bigs and 8 more for our youngest.

    Those firefighters though! ;) Seriously though, I am so glad you were all safe and sound. That was entirely too close! Ryder is sooo cute. I can't believe he is four now. He is such a miracle boy!

      Yes, was definitely way too close for comfort. I know the thought that he will be in school in just one more year is freaking me out a bit.

    Wow I didn't realize your trip to Six Flags was this month. Wow this month has flown by! But sounds like you guys have had a great month other than the fires, but sounds like the fire fighters are doing an excellent job!

    I love that you surprised the kids with a trip. We are thinking that we will surprise Elise with Disney World for her 4th birthday.
