Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all have had a great week and an even better weekend. Here are my 5 thoughts and pictures to recap the week.
5 Thoughts
1. This week has been a crazy week, it was parent teacher conferences, so early out day all week long. The morning definitely goes a lot faster when they get out shortly after lunch. Thankfully I remembered every day and didn't forget to pick them up.
2. The parent teacher conferences all went great. They are all getting straight A's, Lucas even all A+ and are doing good in class. Lucas' teacher just seems to absolutely adore him and totally gets him. Which is so wonderful, especially in the Junior High years.
3. I helped in Ryder's class and was leading a small group discussion and some of the kids made me grateful I wasn't a teacher and truly appreciative of those who are and deal with crazy kids all day long.
4. The kids had their dentist appointment yesterday, thankfully no cavities. Lucas is about to start braces, so that will be in interesting stage of life. I had braces for almost three years and had to wear head gear at night. Thankfully his teeth aren't that bad.
5. Tomorrow is LDS General Conference! I am so excited for this and so in need of the peace and hope that I always feel after listening to the words of the Prophet and Apostles. Plus right now in need of some big life changing answers.
